We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not or any issues arise due to delivery problems, you can return any item excluding personalised ones within our returns period of 30 days, provided the products are returned unused, in their original condition, with their original packaging.  Please contact us to arrange a return via email.

Please always ask for proof of delivery from your carrier when returning an item.  The original postage cost to send the package out will not be refunded.  The cost to return the items is not covered by us unless it is due to our error.

Once your order has been received by us it can take up to five days to process your return. You should receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been processed.

Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your card statement/in your bank account.
