All our cards are packed in a recyclable plastic wrap and mailed in a protective hardback envelope to ensure it arrives at its best.

UK Standard delivery Royal Mail 2nd Class (3–5 days)
• FREE for orders in the UK over £30
• £1.99 for orders under £30
• Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)

UK Express delivery Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 days)
. £4.99 for all orders
• Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)

UK Next day delivery (order by 12pm) – £9.99
• Orders placed by 12pm Monday–Thursday will be delivered the next day
• Orders placed Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered on the following Tuesday
• Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered within 2 days
• Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays)
• Not available for remote postcodes
• Signature required upon delivery

Remote UK postcodes (1–2 days additional delivery time)

• Please note most orders can be delivered to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland
• Due to carrier availability, certain more remote locations may be subject to an additional 1–2 days' delivery time

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not or any issues arise due to delivery problems, you can return any item excluding personalised ones within our returns period of 30 days, provided the products are returned unused, in their original condition, with their original packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return via email.

Please always ask for proof of delivery from your carrier when returning an item. The original postage cost to send the package out will not be refunded. The cost to return the items is not covered by us unless it is due to our error.

Once your order has been received by us it can take up to five days to process your return. You should receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been processed.

Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your card statement/in your bank account.
